My wife and I purchased a foreclosed house as an investment property, and Bill and his team at Kirtland Construction were able to help with all of our needs.  From major demolition, to HVAC installation, to complete kitchen and bath remodeling and everything in between, we were exceedingly pleased with the quality of work, the quick response, and the extra effort that Kirtland Construction provided in making our project a success!  We'll certainly use Kirtland again for future projects.

We found Kirtland Construction to be very patient as we worked on designing the remodeling for our 1980's kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.  Mr. Kirtland was able to create a 3 dimensional rendering on his computer as to what our house would look like.  It was a great help when trying to envision the remodeling.  Bill is a very detailed oriented person.  He made sure that our recessed lighting was placed in the right position to maximize the effect on our living space.  We found Kirtland Construction to be both professional and honest.  They finished the project in the time promised. Unlike many other contractors, they showed up when scheduled and cleaned up after their work day. We have recommended them to both family and friends.
