It is important to secure financing before you begin construction of your home. The Construction/Permanent Loan program at Liberty Savings Bank can provide you with the loan options that best fit your specific needs.
A Construction/Permanent Loan eliminates the need to obtain two separate loans – one for the construction phase and one for the permanent loan that follows completion of the construction. It allows both phases to be processed at the same time.
During the construction of your home, Kirtland Construction will receive periodic payments, commonly called draws. Prior to any draw disbursement, there will be an inspection to confirm that sufficient work has been completed. Interest will be charged monthly on the disbursed balance during the construction period and interest-only payments will be required.
