We specialize in custom designing dream homes.  With our in-house architect software, we can work with you to avoid high architect design fees.  Once you are satisfied with a design, we have the capability to produce construction drawings necessary for building permits.  However, if you wish to work with an architect, please feel free.  Below are some examples of in-house designs we can build for you.
