Our passion has always been to create a quality product and wonderful building experience for our customers.  This is the foundation on which we founded Kirtland Construction.  Our mission is to DREAM, CREATE, BUILD your custom home.  It is our belief that building a custom home is a customer's dream.  It is our committment to work with you as the custom designer and general contractor and to CREATE the home of your dreams.  Finally, it is our pleasure to BUILD you the home of your dreams which we have collaboratively created.  Throughout the entire DREAM, CREATE, BUILD process, I am committed to providing you a genuine customer oriented experience.

HOW WE OPERATE

Floor plans are designed collaboratively with you, the customer, and with our expertise in cost efficiency, material usage, and product availability.  As the general contractor, we pay close attention to the timing during the building process so as not to delay progress which in turn saves you money.  Our attention to detail follows throughout the process.  This starts from the beginning in the DREAM and CREATE stages, all the way through the finishing touches on your home.  Throughout the process, you will find your experience to be relaxing, enjoyable, and rewarding.

SERVICES OFFERED

Through our varied experiences in the custom home field, we have gained the skills of custom design, consultation, labor contracting, selections assistance, and sales assistance.  Few people make a larger investment than that of a dream home.  This investement deserves the one-on-one attention and expertise of a professional buider.  Since we are a small, privately owned company, we are able to provide you the attention you need.


"I will work  with you on designing your home.  Whether you come in with a plan ready to go or just a wishlist, I will offer you suggestions that could save you money, make a space more usable, or simply to give you options on improvement.

I have established strong working relationships over the years with contractors and suppliers throughout the building process.  They are familiar with my high standard of quality and customer service, and therefore they are committed to hold to that standard.

I will work with you and your financing to find the best option possible.  If unfamiliar with the new construction process, I will help guide you through the process from beginning to end.

I also am available to provide advice to my customers trying to decide on a lot to purchase.  Let us use our experience to make sure your new home is built in a quality community on a quality building lot.
