Bill Kirtland started working on residential construction projects when he was 16 years old.  Bill is a graduate Sycamore High School and received his BS in Business Operations Management from Miami University (Ohio).  Bill's resume before he started his own company consists of 12 years in hands on remodeling,  building and servicing more than 250 homes ranging from $100,000-$750,000, and starting new product lines and divisions.  Since Bill started his company in 2006, he has built a handful of custom homes, and done remodeling for more than 50 customers (21 of which have become repeat customers).  Bill has a passion for doing residential construction.  He loves working with customers and achieves great customer satisfaction on everything he does.  Once you meet Bill and realize his enormous amount of knowledge and talent along with his personality, you will not question working with him on any project you need accomplished. 

Although customers have said Bill is successful because he is a genuine individual, Bill believes it has a lot to do with being upfront with the customer;  letting the customer know the whole picture in a detailed manner;  staying committed to quotes given to the customer;  taking time to think through the entire process to be able to detect any unforseen or missed details that may be costly;  keeping the customer informed;  and listening to the customer when they have a question or concern and addressing it fully.

Bill has always been one of the most customer service oriented individuals.  He has won several corporate rewards over the years that show this, but Bill says those are just pieces of paper.  The real reward is seeing the appreciation in the customers face.
